A country run by sociopaths,
Unmoved as we struggle and die.
Oblivious to the people’s wrath,
Bleeding us completely dry.
They claim its for our freedom,
While forcing absolute control.
They silence the weary, the broken, the poor,
And harvest the scraps of our souls.
Isolating us from our worldly friends,
Bullies just mocking our pain.
Cutting all ties as their power extends,
Alone in the dark—what allies remain?
They hold no guilt or empathy,
Devouring with no shame.
No shred left of humanity,
Fake riches with abhorrent fame.
Snippets of protests on video,
Around the world released.
Drowned in noise, dismissed as lies,
Tyranny dressed in gold and greed.
What once was silence, now a storm—
Their grip begins to fail.
No longer blind, no longer mute,
The people fight and will prevail.
