I don’t usually share my tarot readings like this, blasting my spreads into the void of the internet.
Most of the time, they’re personal, reflective, and just for me.
But this one?
This one felt different. It hit like a cosmic frying pan to the face, and honestly? I think it’s worth sharing—even if you think tarot is just spooky poker.
So whether or not you believe in tarot, intuition, or anything remotely mystical, I couldn’t sit on this.
It came through loud, clear, and full of cosmic shade—and beneath it all, a message too important to ignore.

Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.
Either way… you’re here. And maybe that means something.

I’m still learning Tarot, so please bear with me. This is my interpretation.

💫A Cosmic Frying Pan to the Face

I was messing around a bit and half-jokingly asked while shuffling,
“What in-the-eff were they thinking with these new tariffs?”
I wasn’t expecting anything profound. Honestly? I was just having some fun.

The King of Swords reversed slid out like a drunk Secretary of Defense falling off a podium yelling, “I have concepts of a plan!”
Wait, what?!
I cackled, of course.
Because it felt too on point.
The deck basically screamed: “THEY WEREN’T!”
Or worse… they thought they were being clever, but were actually just flexing authority without clarity. 👀

Feels like:
“Let’s look smart, assert power, and totally ignore consequences! It’ll be fine!”
(Meanwhile, the economy: 💥📉🔥)

🌀 Reversed: Poor judgment • Manipulation • Ego-driven decisions • Reality? Unavailable.

🌍 What’s the Potential Outcome?

So I asked, “Okay… if this is how it started, then what’s the potential outcome?”

And the deck?
The World reversed. 😮🔥💀
Oh.
Of course.

Feels like:
“It’s not gonna work. They’re not gonna finish what they started. This entire idea is a glitch in the
system and we’re all gonna be stuck in a half-baked ‘America: The Feudalistic Expansion Pack’ unless
someone pulls the emergency lever.”

And paired with King of Swords reversed?
Yeah, that’s:
“A deluded authority figure made a decision with no follow-through and now everything is spiraling.”

🧭 How Do We Get Out of This Mess?

So then I asked, “How can we collectively get out of this mess?”
The response?
2 of Wands reversed.
Cool cool cool. So… we’re stuck at the crossroads, huh?

Feels like:
“We have the globe in our hands, but we’re staring out the window like ‘ehhh… maybe tomorrow.’”
Indecision. Fear. No unified vision. It seems like everyone’s standing around waiting for someone else to
go first.“

This card might also be calling some of us out—not just for being indecisive, but for being reactive instead of proactive.
We’re here, but it feels like nobody’s really stepping into the bigger vision.
Some of us are still clinging to broken systems out of fear of what’s on the other side.

Next, I asked: “What can we—the collective—do in the meantime?”
And the deck gave me the Queen of Swords reversed.
Of course it did.

Feels like:
“Some of us already know what’s wrong. We see it. We feel it.
But we’re doubting ourselves, biting our tongues, or letting fear of backlash keep the truth inside.”

It’s that collective fog we’ve been feeling:

  • Truth hidden under distraction and noise
  • Division keeping people quiet, afraid, or unsure
  • Emotional exhaustion making it hard to speak out

But deep down, we know.

💬 So what can we do?

This card says:

  • Cut through the noise. Say the hard truths even if they’re not popular.
  • Call out manipulation or dishonesty—respectfully, but firmly.
  • Use your voice. Even if it trembles. Especially if it trembles.
  • Reconnect thought + intuition (we’ve been cut off from both).
🔓 The Final Card: Breaking Free

I pulled one last card for hope. Guidance. Something forward-focused.

And then—
The Devil reversed. 😈🔓
Like a mic drop from the Universe itself.

Liberation. Actual, cosmic, energetic liberation. And wouldn’t you know it?

It was the day after the so-called proclaimed “Liberation Day”. Because of course it was. This is the Timeline of Absurdity™, after all.”*

Feels like:
“You want hope? HERE. It was never about the chains—it was about realizing they weren’t locked!”
The illusion is breaking. The patterns are being exposed. The door is open—you just have to walk
through it.“

💖 Enter: The Queen of Cups (my intuitive overlay)

Even though I didn’t pull her directly, the Queen of Cups came to mind the moment I saw The Devil reversed.

She brings:

  • Emotional depth
  • Intuition
  • Compassion without weakness
  • The ability to sit with grief and still hold space for healing

Because yes, we need the truth of the Queen of Swords.
But we also need the heart of the Queen of Cups.
In other words, balance the swords with the cups.
Speak truth and hold space.
Cut through illusions and create safety to feel and process.

🛤️ The Path Forward, as told by my cards:
  1. King of Swords Reversed – Those in charge acted without true clarity or wisdom
  2. World Reversed – Their plan won’t complete; the outcome is flawed
  3. 2 of Wands Reversed – We’ve been feeling stuck. Indecisive. Unsure of the bigger vision.
  4. Queen of Swords Reversed – Many see the truth, but some aren’t yet fully speaking it
  5. The Devil Reversed – But we can break free—if we reclaim our power and remove the blindfold
  6. The Queen of Cups (Bonus Pull of the Heart) – Compassion, emotional wisdom, and intuitive healing will carry us through. Speak the truth—but hold space for feeling it, too.

…but we must do it together.
With clarity.
With compassion.
With courage.

Some people are finding their voice.
Senator Cory Booker spoke with clarity and conviction, calling out injustice directly.
In doing so, he brought together millions—and shattered an old record…
one previously held by someone speaking against unity.

And in the streets?
Protesters, organizers, everyday citizens are rising up—choosing truth over silence.
The Queen of Swords is showing up through them.
And maybe… through us, too.

Yesterday was a so-called “Liberation Day”.
I didn’t plan it this way.
I didn’t plan it at all.
I didn’t even realize it until after the cards fell—one by one—
unraveling a story of illusion, stagnation, and finally… release.

The World reversed.
The Devil reversed.

We are not finished.
But we are no longer bound.

In the context of this spread, this feels like confirmation.
“Yes, you’re on the brink of something big. Keep going.
The changes ahead are necessary, and you’re ready.”

As if that wasn’t enough, I pulled one final clarifier—from the Akashic Tarot deck.
The Ark of the Covenant stared back at me.
A soul mission.
A sacred contract.

And then…
the 4 of Roses: Views of the Ego.

Because of course.
This isn’t just about policy.
This is about projection, pride, and letting go of what no longer serves.
The system is built on illusion.
The revolution begins with seeing clearly,
within and without.

It slides out of the deck, face-down, and waits for you to turn it over.

I didn’t ask for this moment.
I didn’t plan to make a blog post.
It started out with me playing around.

But the cards answered anyway.
And now… maybe…
maybe we’re ready.
