Hear now the epic tale of Fuzzbutt, bold,
Whose weighty mass and fur-lined might take hold.
Upon my desk descends his feline throne,
Where man and mortal labor are o’erthrown.

No mortal hand may shift you from your place,
As if by ancient rite, you grant me grace.
A letter here, a cryptic phrase you write,
While purring spells cast through the day and night.

With paws that move as though they cast a spell,
You summon chaos, as all work does quell.
A swish, a flick—behold, the screen goes black,
My every thought erased, I can’t get back.

You purr and weave a spell of soft command,
And though I fight, I’m caught within your hand.
The keys are yours, to press and swipe at will,
While I, a mere mortal, am left still.

His eyes, like orbs of molten amber glow,
They draw me in, and all my work must go.
The world fades, replaced by fluffy might,
As all my thoughts are lost in his soft sight.

A flick of tail, and all my plans are gone,
The clock strikes hours, yet he lingers on.
His gaze commands, and I must heed his plea,
While tasks undone stretch out in front of me.

The air grows warm where’er you choose to lay,
A realm of softness blooms from your display.
The chair, the desk, the bed—you reign supreme,
And all who pass must bow to your soft dream.

With every stretch, the world bends to your will,
As blankets rise and all the cushions fill.
No mortal hand can dare disturb your rest,
For in your paws, true comfort is possessed.

Yet, though you reign with paws so soft and grand,
I yield to you, with joy, at your command.
For in this chaos, I have found my place,
Beneath the Fuzzbutt’s all-encompassing grace.

So let the keys click, and let the screen go dim,
